The Cross River State Government has embarked on the rehabilitation of some major roads in Calabar, the capital city of Cross River State.
Some areas include Etta Agbo, opposite Calculux Moto Park , calabar, Marian Road by Rabana Junction to mention but a few.
When words become unclear, we shall focus with photographs. When photographs become inadequate, we shall be content with silence.
