The protest comes on the heels of the Lekki Concession Company (LCC) judicial panel’s decision to reopen the tollgate months after soldiers opened fire at the same location on unarmed demonstrators calling for an end to police brutality.
Thugs later hijacked the #EndSARS marches, which were held across the nation in October 2019. This has resulted in the deaths and violence of civilians and police officers.
