Truecaller has officially opened its Business Chat platform to global channel partners and enterprise solution providers. The strategic expansion aims to help brands transition away from low-trust, traditional SMS toward a verified, media-rich messaging experience, tapping directly into Truecaller’s base of over 500 million active users.
As digital clutter continues to degrade the effectiveness of traditional enterprise SMS, businesses are struggling to capture consumer attention. Truecaller’s newly expanded partner-led model directly addresses this by offering a verified, conversational alternative that cuts through the noise.
By granting global channel partners access to Business Chat, Truecaller is enabling enterprises to establish immediate credibility with consumers before a message is even opened.
“The definition of success for modern enterprises has fundamentally evolved. It’s no longer just about delivery—it’s about earning attention, establishing credibility, and driving meaningful conversion,” said Priyam Bose, Global Head of Go-To-Market (GTM) at Truecaller.
Bose noted that the expansion provides brands with a high-impact channel to engage users where they already interact daily. For existing Truecaller clients, the platform serves as an additional touchpoint to strengthen the overall customer journey without adding to inbox fatigue.
Data-Driven Conversational Marketing
Beyond basic messaging, the Business Chat platform equips enterprise partners with advanced analytics. Solution providers can leverage real-time data and rich engagement metrics to refine their communication strategies, allowing brands to adapt their outreach dynamically at every stage of the customer lifecycle.
Global Rollout and Early Adoption
The global push is already seeing rapid deployment across key markets. In India, enterprise messaging partners Gupshup and OneXtel have integrated the solution. Across other international regions, Globe Teleservices, Cloudcom, and Sling Africa are actively scaling the product for their respective enterprise clients.
With this rollout, global partners can now leverage Truecaller’s massive footprint to offer their clients a trustworthy engagement channel in an increasingly crowded digital landscape.
