Happening now: Induction into service of a new Nigerian AirForce combat helicopter, an Mi-171E, by President Buhari
23 new Aircraft have been Delivered and Inducted by NAF since President Buhari assumed office; with another 18 Aircraft awaiting delivery.
The event which took place at the Nigerian Air force Base Kaduna at 11am on Thursday, 24th December, 2020 had President Muhamadu Buhari as the special guest of honor. The President also performed the induction of the aircraft into the inventory of the Nigerian Air Force Virtually.
The event also featured the handover of an L-39ZA which was recently reactivated through in-country maintenance.
