In a bit to improve productivity of the different parastatals of the Cross River Stater government, His Excellency, Sir Ben Ayade has approved the appointment of nine persons into the office of Special Adviser and Special Assistants in the state.
This was contained in a press release signed by the Special Adviser, media and Publicity to the Governor, Mr. Christian Ita on Monday 17th May, 2021.
The appointment is to enhance productivity in the different parastatals of the Cross River State Government.

1. Placidus Ogar - Special Adviser, Social Welfare/Humanitarian Affairs
2. Veronica Undeakem Akpegah - Special Assiatant, Agriculture
3. Agianbekang, Agnes Unwaunung - Special Assistant, Recreation Parks
4. Egbala Bassey - Special Adviser, Intelligence
5. Nathaniel Joseph - Special Adviser, Agriculture
6. Agbama Moses Erunke - Special Assistant, State’s Heritage
7. Victoria Hastings - Special Assistant, Community Development
8. Ugbong Emmanuel Akpanke - Special Assistant, Agriculture Value Chain
9. Esther Patrick Unyanga - Special Assistant, Gender Equality.
According to the press release, the appointments are with immediate effect.
