Cross River State Police Commissioner Tours Area Commands and Marine Base to Boost Officer Morale

Calabar, Nigeria — August 14, 2025 - In a proactive move to enhance police morale and operational effectiveness, the Commissioner of Police for Cross River State, CP Rashid B. Afegbua, PSC, mnips, has embarked on a strategic tour of police formations across the state, including the Marine Police Base in Calabar.

The working visit, which covered several Area Commands, was designed to foster direct communication between the Commissioner and his officers. CP Afegbua engaged in one-on-one interactions, encouraging personnel to remain committed to their constitutional responsibilities and uphold the values of discipline, professionalism, and public service.
